Tickets can be closed from within the edit ticket screen.


Enter the Comments, select public if you wish for the comments to be notified to the end user and click Close Ticket.


The ticket will be closed and Ticket Notification email sent to the end user including the public comments







To close multiple tickets at once check off the tickets that need to be closed




Click on the Close Ticket icon



Enter the comment and select if public, press OK, the tickets will be closed and Ticket Notification email sent to the end user including the public comments
