Adding Location to AD Users
To assist with the programing of the Office field into Active Directory the software allows you to download the Active Directory information and upload changes to the Office Field
Administration - Self Service - Email
In the following example the COStaff user group will be exported and have the Office field set to Central Office
Select the Active Directory User Group you wish to export
Make the updates to the Office Columns - do not remove top row
By having the Office field set to Central Office, emails from any of these email addresses will have the location populated in the ticket as Central Office.
Select the updated csv file to upload, enter the domain, username and password for authentication to Active Directory
Press the Upload button to upload
