You can put controls in place a user level for which assets and locations they can access.


To do this choose Site Manager Asset Classification Access from within Manager Users/Groups


Choose the Site/Group you wish to define


The example below shows how we are defining the asset classifications Joey will support and the different ones Russell will support. Both Help Desk staff only have access to the Office Assets, they will not be able to access the Assets in the Location Server Room. 



We have also enabled Auto ticketing, so any issues being reported in the Office for the assets they support will be assigned to them automatically.
