You can create your own custom fields that can be used in the Help Desk Ticketing and Self Service portals.


Create the Custom Fields


Select Administration – Custom Fields


There are four types of Custom fields, Date, Number, Selection or a Text Field





To create click on the Type and drag into the area on the right

Label = The name of the field that will be shown on the user interface

Placeholder – Name of the custom field

Required – Checked requires user to provide answer

Options – These are the section presented

The radio button represents the default selection
