The hours of operation are required in order to calculate the estimated time to resolve.



Administration - Help Desk - Service Level Agreement


Select the Days and Times the Help Desk staff will be working to resolve reported issues


You can represent the lunch break by adding a second line item for the day with the first time ending at lunch and the second time starting after lunch.




You can also define the Dates when the Help Desk is closed for national holidays etc.


Enter the start date and end date, give it a description and press the Add Entry button.
