The self service portal is for non IT staff to report issues to the Help Desk


The self service portal can be customized so all text can be modified by IT so it can be presented in terms that the end user would understand


The url to access the Self Service Portal http://servername/selfservice/index.aspx


The example below is where the server running Site Manager is called syamappliance3 and using Port 80






The Self Service portal is mobile friendly and can be easily accessed via a mobile device.
