The following file types can be added as attachments to tickets, from the Self Service Portal, Email to Ticket or through the Technician ticket interface.

Self Service Portal
You can attach files when reporting a problem through the self service portal - click on the attachment button and select the file you wish to attach
Technicians can add attachments to tickets to be shared with the end user reporting the problem.
Email to Ticket
When an end users emails the helpdesk with attachments they will be automatically attached to the ticket if they comply with the Attachment file size and type.
