Centralized Asset Management

SyAM’s simplifies your business by combing all of your IT supported assets into a single database.

Intelligent Assets such as Windows and Linux PC’s, laptops and servers, Apple Mobile Devices and Chromebooks keep their data current, enabling you to see real time configuration and usage data from a single interface.

Static assets can be uploaded in bulk and then kept up to date through the same SyAM interface, enabling all assets to be reported on by location, function, operating system, owner and other key asset attributes, all through the single interface.

The SyAM Client installed on Windows PC and Linux systems plays a crucial role in reporting information to the System Area Manager. By doing so, the System Area Manager ensures that the data is integrated into the Site Manager Asset Database, providing real-time updates on the detailed configuration and health state of the systems. This allows you to stay informed and up-to-date on the status of the systems.

When managing iOS devices through the SyAM Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, all device details are continuously updated and maintained in the Site Manager Asset Database. This integration ensures that the database remains current and accurate with the latest information regarding the iOS devices being managed. Any changes or updates to the device configurations, settings, or health status are promptly reflected in the Site Manager Asset Database, providing an up-to-date and comprehensive view of the managed iOS devices.

When Chromebooks are managed through the SyAM Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution using the G-Suite Service API, the data is continuously synchronized and integrated into the Site Manager Asset Database. This integration ensures that the Site Manager Asset Database stays updated with the latest information related to the Chromebooks being managed. This includes details such as device configurations, software versions, and other pertinent data. By keeping the information current and integrated, effective management and monitoring of Chromebooks can be achieved within the organization.
