Check In

This action sends a ping to the device to confirm that it can communicate with the MDM server. You can use this to verify that the device is online and reachable.

To initiate a communication with one or more devices, select them from the list and press the Check In button on the header bar.

After a short delay, refresh the page by clicking on the group name.
