Deleting Classifications

***PLEASE NOTE*** A classification can not be removed if in use on an Asset

To remove a classification click on a current asset or the create new asset button.

Click on the classification to view the drop down list

Select  the classification you wish to remove it from the list and click on the Remove button

If the classification is still in use with another asset you will get this message and it will not be removed.

You will need to update any assets with the classification that you wish to remove
