Some customers may require users outside of their Active Directory to be able to submit tickets through email, so we need to add in their email address or email domain

sales@syamsoftware.com will allow it to create a ticket from the email address sales@syamsoftware.com


*@syamsoftware.com will allow it to create a ticket from anyone with an email address @syamsoftware.com


 

*@*.com  will allow it to create a ticket from anyone with an email address ending in .com
