Move Device

This action allows you to move the device to a different group within the MDM server. This will change the policies and settings that apply to the device based on the group membership. You can use this to organize your devices into different categories or to assign different levels of management to them.

**PLEASE NOTE - you can move a device without having to physically touch it 

To move your devices to a different location, you need to select them first. You can do this by checking the box next to each device name. After you have chosen the devices you want to move, click on the Move Devices button on the header bar.

To transfer the devices, you need to select the destination Group and User from the drop-down menus, then press Move Devices.

When you move the device to a different group, it will undergo an update process. During this process, it will uninstall the apps and profiles that belong to the original group and install the apps and profiles that are assigned to the new group.
