When an Apple Push certificate is created is sets an expiry date 12 months from the date of creation.


Apple Push Certificates that will expire in the next 30 days are marked with a red X


To renew Log into the SyAM MDM interface, 

Administration - Platform Configuration - Apple iOS - PUSH


Click on the Renew button and save the Push certificate request file it creates.


Log into the Apple Push Certificate Portal using the Apple ID that created the original Push Certificate

Click on the Renew button for the Apple Push certificate that will be expiring, then to where you saved you new sign downloaded and upload.


Download the new Push Certificate.


In the SyAM MDM interface, click browse and select the renewed Apple Push Certificate file that was downloaded.


The new push certificate will replace the old expiring certificate - the new certificate will present the new expiry date which is 12 months from the date of creation.


**PLEASE NOTE - You must renew the push certificate, if you create a new certificate you will loose all communication to the iOS devices enrolled in the MDM.
