Services enable the updating of the devices and their information into the Asset database in Site Manager.

There are two service options

PUSH

This controls how frequently the devices are communicated with. This communication will get any updated information from the device and also update the device with any changes required such as applying a new profile or installing a new application..

The number of minutes for polling devices should be increase once the majority of devices have been enrolled and deployed.

**Please Note that a device can be updated on demand through the Managed Devices dashboard
