Upon request a Self Service System Tray executable can be produce that will allow your users to launch into the self service portal by clicking on the icon.
One advantage of this is that the computer name will be associated with the ticket as the associated asset.
The Self Service System Tray exe can be deployed using the SyAM Management Utilities Third Party Deployment template, the /silent parameter enables the software to be installed silently.
The Selfservice System Tray icon will appear for all users on the system
