There are several options that allow you to create customized tickets through Checklists and Parent / Child templates

This allows you to present a set of questions or statements for a specific event type



Parent/Child Templates


Some issues being reported to the Help desk may require multiple tickets to be open


But as the ticket can not be closed until all actions have been completed on all the other tickets we create a Parent Ticket with Child tickets within it.
