Re Assigning a Ticket


When the ticket is created it will be assigned to the technicians based on your auto ticketing rules.



When a Technician starts to work on a ticket its recommended that they update the list of Technicians to show that they are the assigned technician




Click to edit the ticket, then click on the ticket number tab to bring up the ticket details.


On the lower left panel click on the technician name to show they are now the assigned technician.



Press Save Ticket to save the updated information
