Selecting a Location and Room Number

The first element of a ticket data required is the site, location and room

The Site Name will be auto populated if only one site is in place

Select the location of the customer from the drop-down menu

**PLEASE NOTE** -  Locations displayed will be limited to the location accessible for the technician entering the ticket

Enter the room number if known as this will assist in narrowing down the list of assets to select from for association to the ticket

**PLEASE NOTE** - If the AD Office field for the user matches a Location it will automatically populate the Location value in the ticket and can be updated by the person entering the ticket if required
