Searching for a Customer (When Integrated into Active Directory)

To populate the customer information you enter part of their name and press the search button

This will bring up a list of results, select the customer name from the list 

This will populate the rest of the information

By default the customer will be notified of public comments, uncheck if you do not wish to send emails to the customer
