Distribution List

The distribution list allows you to enter additional email address that will be notified along with the customer on Public comments

You can either enter the email address to be added and press the Add Email button

or enter the name to search Active Directory to retrieve the email address

You can have multiple email addresses added to the distribution list

**PLEASE NOTE** - Do not add the email address that is used for the helpdesk notifications
